Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
- We accept payments through online card payments, KOKO installment plans, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Direct Bank Transfer.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization, except for Cash on Delivery orders.
Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
- Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is available islandwide across Sri Lanka. Order processing times, delivery timelines, and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products are not eligible for return.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
